CASA
“Every Child Needs A Champion”
CASA supports foster youth by recruiting and training volunteers who advocate for the child in the educational and judicial systems and act as a compassionate constant in a life filled with uncertainty and change.
Michael served as a CASA volunteer for seven years, mentoring and supporting a teen through the educational system, court, and the ups and downs of young life. Ginsberg Financial Strategies sponsors backpacks for foster children containing school supplies and personal items.
The Giving Exchange
“We provide critical resources and self-sustaining programs to help people make a better life for themselves.”
The Giving Exchange supports empowerment and economic sustainability programs in Kenya and Uganda. Programs include orphanages, support for at-risk women, clean water systems for Maasai villages, and local agricultural support initiatives.
Michael has traveled to Kenya to see first-hand the impact of TGE initiatives and is personally sponsoring dental care for 50 children at Morning Star Children’s Home of Kiambu, Kenya.
